First Floor: The stairs open onto a landing with doors to; Master bedroom with 5′ bed and storage. Family bedroom with 4’6″ double bed and a separate 3′ bed and storage. Family bathroom with shower over the bath, WC and hand basin. Rear door to garden.
Exterior: There is a designated parking space outside the property and another in the communal parking area. The rear garden is covered with Astroturf. To the rear of the garden is a decked area with a section that has been covered over for Al Fresco dining, there are external powerpoints, a chimnea and a large charcoal kettle barbecue. There are a dining table and chairs and Rattan furniture.

Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. There is parking available for 1 car in a designated parking slot outside the property and a second in the communal parking area. Regrettably, there is no smoking. A maximum of 2 SMALL OR MEDIUM dogs may stay in the property at a small additional price of £30.00 per dog per week.
